Operations Engineering Technician

Primary Objective

  • Manage incoming/outgoing operational field level reporting for operated and non-operated assets
  • Help maintain and organize digital and paper well files
  • Monitor progress against expenditures, production, and operational metrics as it relates to budgetary objectives
  • Aid Engineers with special projects and presentations
  • Aid in maintenance of different data systems, and associated data flow, into various company systems
  • Consistent interaction with all departments at all levels


Requirements

  • Technical associate degree or related experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in technical or financial fields a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field or industry
  • Work in EXCEL and POWERPOINT - required; ACCESS, Spotfire, OpenWells, and P2 Merrick - preferred
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork and interpersonal skills
